Piping Service, Inc. located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, was formed in 1983, and has prided itself in field installation and servicing our customers post-installation.

We opened our fabrication shop in the fall of 1990. Our first major projects were a paper machine re-build for Menasha Corp. in Otsego, MI and a de-ink facility for Kimberly-Clark Corp. in Neenah, WI. Since then, we have received contracts for numerous piping projects, for which we have produced thousands of quality pipe spools.

We have performed projects in the pulp and paper, food processing, refining, petrochemical, power, and water/wastewater industries. Our fabrication shop is capable of producing 400 pipe spools per week and is supported by our own in-house engineering department.

Piping Service, Inc. is proficient in the GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, and SMAW welding processes and is qualified to perform code fabrication to ANSI B31.1 and B31.3, as well as other national code standards. Piping Service management and staff are affiliated with ASME, ASTM, and the AWS.
